Most of us spend the majority of our time in ‘go mode’ – getting things done, working on screens,
spending our time ‘in our head’ while our body is seated.
This can lead to habitual stress, tightness in shoulders, head and jaw and contribute to feeling cut off from the messages of our body.
In contrast, “flow mode” happens when we connect to the lower parts of our bodies – our hips, belly, pelvic floor, thighs and feet – where energy is used for vitality, pleasure, intuition, and connection.
Feminine embodiment is about learning to counteract the strong habits of ‘go’ and strengthen the patterns of ‘flow’ in our bodies,
so we can have both modes available for an empowered life.
In this toolkit, we have collected important knowledge and effective practices to reverse the energy flow from
being stuck in our heads to feeling and connecting with the body and its innate wisdom.
Toolkits are designed to give you short yet effective guided practices, which you can easily fit into a busy day, giving you both immediate access to feminine embodiment tools as well as supporting you with establishing new habits of accessing your body’s power and wisdom.
In addition to the guided practices you will receive information to support your understanding of the underpinnings of these practices,
which will allow you to incorporate the principles into every aspect of your life.
The Wild Woman is a part of each of us. She is not the crazed and uncivilized creature she is sometimes made out to be, but the part of us that is deeply and inextricably connected to natural life.
She is connected to all things in nature, including her own body, whom she cares for and utilizes as an instrument of perception. She represents the part of each woman that comes from nature and is part of nature.
The Wild Woman is an archetype, and as such, can rise from the unconscious and come into play when the time is right. She is a portal to natural empowerment, through which we understand that we don’t have to “become someone else” to be loved, that who we are is utterly perfect, and that each of us is born with a natural genius that can be revealed and will bloom with the help of our body’s native intelligence.
Each of us has that native, embodied wisdom—a wild, untamed, undomesticated body-mind and heart that knows what is true for us. This looks and feels different for each woman, and no two are ever alike.
The Wild Woman is not a fixed idea or a template into which we need to fit ourselves, but rather a portal, an entry point into our vast and rich inner landscape.
