While we all want fulfilling relationships and satisfying intimacy, we are not taught how to create them. Often it feels like we are stuck in unconscious patterns, old imprints and outdated belief systems.
The good news is that intimacy, connection and maintaining attraction are learnable skills. We can practice those skills through integrating the body, emotions and mind for a more skillful and rewarding connection, not only with intimate partners, but with ourselves and our wider community.
Drawing on my over 20 years working in the field of intimacy and relationship, I have identified 5 potent keys to finding, maintaining and cultivating a good relationship.
Whether you want to deepen an existing relationship, or find and cultivate a new connection, this course will give you in-depth insight and practices on the 5 Building Blocks of Fulfilling Relationships.
In each module you will receive lectures, guided practices, questions, practical instructions and reflection that allows you to deepen and re-define your existing relationship or clarify your approach to starting a new one.
Intimacy, communication and connection are learnable skills. Creating erotic attraction follows specific patterns that can be explored and integrated into your life. In this course we address both cognitive understanding and how to bring body and emotions to a partnership.
Each module focuses on a different building block of relating. We will define your intentions, clarify your unique goals in relationship, awaken the body as the premier vehicle to intimacy, address best practices for connection and communication as well as tools and practices for erotic aliveness.
Through practical exercises you will clarify the purpose of your relationship, gain insight into how you are perceived by those around you and learn to cognitively translate this bodily learning into engagement with an existing or new partner and your chosen community.
