This weekend course brings together relational tools which have been road tested in Michaela’s 26 years of counseling couples along with practical, embodied exercises. This material has been developed throughout her teaching career for applied somatic learning to support a sustainable passionate and ever renewing erotic engagement.
For the first time Michaela will teach her “Jar Exercise” in a workshop and guide you through creating your unique personalized version of this highly effective tool.
This event will also guide you into some of the considerations and exercises Michaela showcased while working with a couple on the Netflix Show “Sex, Love and Goop”.
The small group setting makes this a highly personalized event, with individual practice assignments, tailored exercises and the opportunity to receive direct support in Q&A sessions.

You will be participating in guided solo, paired and group practices. If you are attending with a partner you will always have the option of participating in the paired exercises together. There is no nudity or explicit content.

Steve James travels internationally teaching somatic practices and meditation, as well as leading explorations in contemplative, mystic, and relational realms.In addition to private client work and public workshops, Steve is the host of the Guru Viking Podcast and has released a DVD series of his movement approach called the Movement Koan® Method, a fusion of joint-nourishing movement and body-based mindfulness.
