In this brand new small group intensive you will experience Michaela’s best practices for cultivating and deepening relationships, engage in somatic explorations for vitality and intimacy and take a deep dive into the embodied tools for creating a lasting spark in your relationship.
This weekend course brings together relational tools which have been road tested in Michaela’s 26 years of counseling couples along with practical, embodied exercises developed throughout her teaching career for applied somatic learning to support a sustainable passionate and ever renewing erotic engagement.
This event will also guide through some of the considerations and exercises Michaela showcased while working with a couple on the Netflix Show “Sex, Love and Goop”.
The small group setting makes this a highly personalized event, with individual practice assignments, tailored exercises and the opportunity to receive direct support in Q&A sessions.
Regardless of your current relationship status, these tools will revitalize and re-imagine your ability to engage in the relationship of your choice. This event is limited to 26 participants and welcomes all genders, singles and couples and all sexual orientations.
You will be participating in guided solo, paired and group practices. If you are attending with a partner you will always have the option of participating in the paired exercises together. There is no nudity or explicit content.
Our communal meals are prepared from locally sourced organic ingredients and included in the ticket price. A directory of hotel, Airbnb and other accommodations will be provided upon registration. Accommodations are not included in the tuition price.
