Announcing a brand new – one of a kind – format for 2025!
I have wanted to create an intimate learning environment – the kind in which I was taught – for a while and “The House Retreat” is the result of this desire.
This retreat is open for a maximum of 6 people and follows a very different format than our regular programs. We will spend the days at a private home in Portugal (20 min from the Orada retreat center near Odemira), where you will engage in 2 parallel tracks.
Track 1 will be an in-depth practice engagement. You will spend immersive retreat time practicing alongside myself and/or Steve. We’ll have a full retreat schedule including NLMM, meditation, movement, dance, arts/crafts, cooking meals and sitting in tea ritual, spending informal time together, enjoying nature and sunset/sunrise walks.
Track 2 is fully personalized. You’ll pick a topic you want to engage with during the retreat and each day you’ll receive personal assignments and practices for your chosen exploration – this is individual to each person. You will report and receive input and feedback each day and leave with assignments for the continuation of what you are working on. Your explorations could be personal to your practice/life/relationships or you could use the time to get support with your teaching, coaching or business questions.
We are going to offer this format in July, right before the Orada retreat and further sessions are planned for the fall in Portugal as well as in Ojai, California. If this is something you would be interested in, please apply here. You will be sent further information upon application.
We are making this first retreat available at a special introductory price. Applications are open to members of the study groups and ongoing participants of our events only.
Note: Accommodations are not included as part of the tuition for this retreat. We will have a suggestion list for Airbnbs or vacation rentals in the area that are reasonably priced.
