Awakening the body through the senses is a powerful engagement with life itself.
As we engage with the natural wisdom of our body, we are able to experience heightened physical aliveness and perception.
Vitality, creativity and sensual awareness become part of everyday life. The awakened body gives us access to strong intuition, greater self-care, confidence and heightened physical resources and energy.
In this course, you will receive lectures, practices, rituals and reflection that awakens sensation and heightens your perception.
You will explore areas of contraction and release old conditioning and shame from your body. You will increase your capacity to perceive and receive pleasure.
Each module focuses on a different aspect of body awakening.
We will sensitize to the messages of the body, release shame and old conditioning, awaken vitality, creativity and expand our capacity to experience pleasure in all aspects of life.
Each layer will open a deeper understanding of how to bring the body to your fullest expression and potential.
Through these practices you will gain the ability to cognitively translate this bodily learning into engagement with a partner, your career and your chosen creative expression.
