Attendees may cancel any workshop up to 2 weeks before the event for a refund less any applicable credit card or Paypal processing fees. Cancellations within two weeks of the workshop date are non-refundable, but attendees may transfer the entire fee, one time, to another event (online or in-person) within one year from the date of the cancellation.
Retreat meal packages and accommodations are non-refundable within 4 weeks of the start of the retreat.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable and in this case transfers are only possible if we are able to fill your spot with another participant. All course fees are non-refundable after the commencement date of the event.
Please note that due to the over-subscribed and high-commitment nature of our Teacher Training Programs, we are unable to offer refunds after 30 days before the training start date. Where trainings have multiple modules the training start date is defined as the first day of the first module.
All cancellations before 30 days are subject to a 10% non-refundable administration fee.
Digital items including downloadable audio, downloadable video, DVD’s and online courses are non-refundable.
Events hosted by third parties have their own cancellation policies. Please reach out to them directly for details or contact us here with questions.
Participation in our events is not recommended for anyone with severe mental health issues or major medical problems. If you have specific needs related to your participation, please contact us before registration.
If for any reason we deem that your participation is not appropriate or presents a safety risk to yourself or others, we reserve the right to remove you from the course.
If this occurs, you will be refunded a pro-rated course fee. All other expenses that you may have incurred, including lodging and travel will be your sole responsibility and not the responsibility of Michaela Boehm, Inc.
Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice are non-refundable. In-house or private Ojai Studio Intensive session fees and cancellations are agreed upon appointment.
Discounts given by Michaela Boehm, Inc. are only applicable to live events hosted or owned by Michaela Boehm. Third party hosted events are not eligible for discounts. Digital items (audios, videos, online courses, etc.) are not eligible for discount.
Discounts cannot be combined.
In the unfortunate event that you must cancel your trip prior to attending the retreat, cannot attend due to contracting COVID-19 or developing symptoms or exposure prior to the retreat, or must leave the retreat due to contracting COVID-19 or developing symptoms, Michaela Boehm, Inc. cannot provide any refund of any amounts paid.
Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, you understand that irrespective of protective measures that Michaela Boehm, Inc. or you may or may not take, you may be exposed to COVID-19 by another retreat attendee, a staff member, and/or an individual to whom you may be exposed during or traveling to or from the retreat. Participation in all retreats indicates a personal understanding and acceptance of these risks.
