Clothes to bring
The studio is air-conditioned, please make sure that you come dressed in comfortable loose layers, so you can sit as well as move. The studio is barefoot only, you can bring socks to wear in the studio. We will be doing exercises standing, or sitting opposite a partner on back jacks. Cushions and blankets are provided. Should you need any extra seating, please let us know any special needs in advance, or bring whatever you require.
Water and food
The property has its own, high quality, deep well water, so feel free to bring a bottle or canteen to fill during the event. We will provide you with lunch and dinner as indicated on the program, should you have any additional dietary needs, Rainbow Bridge in Ojai has a great selection of health foods and supplements.

Getting into the property
The entrance to the studio property is a large gate with bamboo fencing beyond the “Dead End” sign. The gate will be open 30 minutes before the beginning of the first session.
The location is about 15 minutes by car from Downtown Ojai in the Upper Ojai Valley. Plan at least 2 hours for arrival from Los Angeles. Please make sure that you arrive at least 30 minutes early, so you can check in and make yourself familiar with the surroundings.
Please be mindful and drive SLOWLY and CAREFULLY. The studio is located on a very rarely used country road, with children and pets playing.
